Our business email runs on our own mail server, not on a big provider's cloud. One server carries mail for several of our domains, with webmail, calendars and contacts that sync to phones.

We built and run the whole stack: the mail server, spam and virus filtering, SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain, attack blocking shared with our firewall, nightly snapshots and backups. Our last delivery test scored 10 out of 10.
